Job summary

Rivers Casino Portsmouth is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee bartenders, beverage servers, and bar attendants during shifts. You will ensure staffing aligns with forecasted volume and budget and maintain high sanitation and safety standards.

Communicate policy updates and assist in training while resolving team issues as they arise. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a team-first attitude, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with modern POS System preferred.
• Prior Beverage Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bartenders, beverage servers, and bar attendants during a shift.
• Ensure proper staffing for forecasted volume and budget guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Communicate policy changes to team.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Resolve team member issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed.
