Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months+ experience with the facility's population preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client wellbeing and provide a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks and supervise clients according to guidelines.
• Check for contraband and manage client belongings.
• Interact with clients, observe behaviors and report to supervisor.
• Engage clients in group activities and therapeutic recreation.
• Record vital signs accurately and communicate changes to nurses.
