Mountain Laurel Recovery Center in Westfield, Pennsylvania seeks a Registered Nurse for night shifts to deliver and coordinate client care in a behavioral health setting. The role includes assessment, plan implementation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment and smooth hand-offs.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, and providing client and family education.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years’ nursing experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Experience with psychotropic medications and psychiatric care is valued.
• Current RN license in PA or compact state, CPR and de-escalation training required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate nursing care by assessing client needs and developing care plans.
• Monitor clients, document progress, and participate in interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Administer medications accurately and document administration with proper identifiers.
• Transcribe orders, ensure accuracy per policy, and report changes in condition promptly.
• Complete admission and discharge processes and participate in unit activities and hand-offs.
