Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Manufacturing Company in Fernley, NV is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to set up, run, and maintain equipment to produce paint and coatings per customer specs. You will operate high-speed dispersers, pumps, robotics, fillers, and conveyors, load raw materials, monitor quality, and keep logs.

Night shift with a potential bonus based on performance is available. Applicants must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to work on site with safety-focused

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution preferred.
• Experience monitoring gauges, dials, or machinery indicators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment such as high-speed dispersers, pumps, robotics, filling machines, case packers, labelers, and forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks and monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Maintain production records and logs; report breakdowns and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production orders and keep areas clean and organized.
