Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Production Operator - Batcher to lead the pre-batch of paint blends and stage products for blended orders. The role is full-time at 7:00am–3:30pm Monday through Friday, located at 9203 Sutton Place, Hamilton, OH 45011.

You will assist with spray-outs, drawdowns, and filling customer orders, while operating tinting and mixing equipment and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare necessary materials and tools for blending.
• Blend custom paint orders and make blends of paint as directed.
• Match colors within facility color guidelines.
• Operate tinting, mixing, and industrial material handling equipment safely.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and organized daily.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Follow quality service standards and procedures.
