Kraft Heinz in Cedar Rapids is seeking a dependable Bag Cook for the 9:30pm-6:00am shift. The role involves preparing ingredients, operating kettles, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced, non-union facility with safety as a core priority.

You will work with a team to meet daily production goals, follow all food-safety procedures, and participate in ongoing quality checks and paperwork, including IQS entries and inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform well under stress.

Responsibilities

• Check viscosity of soup and ensure quality during production.
• Wash and sanitize kettles and equipment after each batch.
• Follow recipe instructions and coordinate prep with the department.
• Load ingredients into kettles and assist QA with sampling.
