Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Robot Operator to efficiently load prepackaged boxes onto pallets and support continuous production flow. You will operate the robot, monitor movements, and identify any quality concerns with packaging, print, label or case.

You will perform daily inspections, coordinate with Maintenance, run quality checks, and keep records of programs and configurations. The role requires a sound mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow GMPs, safety

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic arm systems to perform tasks such as material handling, sortation, palletization, and other distribution processes.
• Monitor and control the robotic arm's movements to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Perform daily inspections on the robotic arm system to ensure its optimal functionality.
• Communicate with the Maintenance department for additional support and advanced maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify that the robotic arm system is meeting production standards.
• Maintain accurate records of robot programs, setup configurations, and maintenance activities.
