Job summary

Sincere Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to support overnight guest operations and set the tone for a positive stay. You will serve as the first point of contact, manage tasks from check-in to check-out, and uphold brand standards throughout the night.

You will collaborate with the Front Desk Supervisor and General Manager, handling guest requests, billing, and night audit procedures while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be available to work morning and evening shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest inquiries and messages with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records using hotel systems (PMS).
• Assist with cash handling and correct transactions during shift.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless operations.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve issues per hotel policies.
