Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis East. The role supports overnight operations, checking guests in/out, balancing cash, and generating daily reports to help management track overnight activity.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, about 1 year in a hotel or related field, and comfort with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and guests comfortable.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insight during the night shift.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and high service standards.
• Fluent with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to troubleshoot issues independently.
