Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is hiring a Night Auditor for City Express Santa Ana Orange County Airport, overnight role from 11 PM to 7 AM. You will balance daily transactions, close out the books, and produce the nightly reports to support management.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, about 1 year in hospitality, and comfort with Windows and spreadsheets; daily pay and a solid benefits package are offered to full-time hires.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows and common office software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) with warmth and efficiency.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and generate nightly reports.
• Conduct regular security walks and maintain a calm presence for guests.
• Prepare Daily Flash Report and other management reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
