Job summary

Crescent is seeking a Revenue Auditor to balance daily restaurant, bar and room transactions in Phoenix. You will audit POS tapes, reconcile tips and settlements, and prepare daily revenue reports for management.

Attention to detail and reliability are essential for timely nightly closings and system resets. Responsibilities include correcting entries, running front-office reports, ensuring accurate input into the accounting system, and maintaining orderly files.

Qualifications

• Able to input data into a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily room, restaurant and bar transactions.
• Audit POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports from the front office system and POS.
• Make corrections and adjustments and troubleshoot computer problems.
• Enter revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for next day operations.
• Adhere to attendance and be available regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
