Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented revenue support associate to balance daily restaurant and bar activity. You will audit POS tapes, prepare the Restaurant Revenue Report, and ensure accurate entries in the front office system for nightly settlements.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, stay professional with guests, and work well with team members. Flexibility to handle system issues and perform related duties is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes and journals.
• Run audit reports from front office systems and related software.
• Make corrections and troubleshoot system issues during shifts.
• Enter revenue/expenses into the front office system to generate daily summaries.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for next day.
• Attend work regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
