Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit, post and balance daily cashier work for outlets (Rooms, F&B).
• Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists.
• Prepare daily revenue report data from POS tapes to breakdown revenue and tips.
• Input revenue/expenses into front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset for next day.
• Greet, check-in and checkout guests at Front Desk in a courteous manner.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours, and transportation.
• Resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Build rapport with rewards members and escort guests to rooms, collect feedback.
• Maintain and market promotions and guest programs; manage room reservations and rate quotes.
