Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-Time Revenue Clerk to balance daily room, restaurant and bar charges, post settlements and reset systems for next day operations.

You will prepare the daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes, run front office audits, correct issues, input revenue/expenses, and ensure accurate nightly balances while maintaining guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English.
• Basic mathematical skills for 10-key input.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily revenues for room, restaurant and bar.
• Post and balance charges and settlements.
• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes.
• Run audit reports from front office systems and POS.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for next day.
