Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel front desk operations and procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently during the overnight shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic accounting and reconciliation skills; handling cash and guest accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service throughout the overnight shift.
• Welcome arriving guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel and area.
• Process reservations by phone and in person, communicating rates and information.
• Balance and control cash and credit transactions per procedures.
• Complete nightly audit and ensure revenues are balanced.
• Maintain front desk logs and shift information for morning team.
