Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor at Aloft Phoenix Airport in Phoenix, AZ. You will supervise overnight operations, review daily transactions, and ensure accurate reconciliation of guest charges.

This role emphasizes attentiveness, courtesy, and timely problem solving to create a comfortable stay for guests. Applicants should have prior customer service experience, be able to read/write/type and use basic technology, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.

• Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.

Overview

Use your attention to detail and desire for routine to create memorable guest experiences! As a Part Time Night Auditor, you will work overnight (graveyard) hours to supervise the hotel and perform tasks to certify that all daily transactions are reconciled. Your contributions as a Night Auditor are essential to provide our guests a comfortable stay.
