Job summary

InnVentures is hiring a Night Auditor for Homewood Suites Salt Lake City Draper. You will supervise the hotel overnight and ensure daily transactions are reconciled, providing guests with a safe, comfortable stay.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to stand for long hours. You must be okay with weekend and holiday shifts and be comfortable with basic tech to post charges and perform reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with overnight shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must stand for the full shift and lift at least 25 pounds; weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed in the event of issues overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.

Overview

Use your attention to detail and desire for routine to create memorable guest experiences!As a Night Auditor, you will work overnight (graveyard) hours to supervise the hotel and perform tasks to certify that all daily transactions are reconciled. Your contributions as a Night Auditor are essential to provide our guests a comfortable stay.
