Job summary

Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee auditing, posting and balancing daily financial transactions to support guest service and profitability. Duties include auditing cashier's work for outlets, reconciling credit card transactions, scheduling and training staff, and monitoring performance.

This is a part-time position at the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach. We offer free lunch, free Health Club access on site, and more. Compensation is $17.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work night shift.
• Minimum of 1 year of night audit experience in a hotel.
• Experience at the hotel front desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post and balance daily cashier's work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists.
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members.
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.

Responsibilities

As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Audit, post and balance daily cashier's work for outlets including, but not limited to. outlets in Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Ensure Credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and rain team members
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluate team member performance

Qualifications

• Must be able to work night shift
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as Night Audit at a hotel
• Experience working at the front desk of hotel, a plus!
• Cash handling and credit experience
• Must possess the ability to post and balance large amounts of charges efficiently and accurately
• Knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects, such as, accounts, receivable, payroll, etc.
