Job summary

Kingston Resorts is seeking a Night Audit at Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Resort, Myrtle Beach, SC. The role runs 11 PM–7 AM, full-time year-round, with weekends/holidays included.

Responsibilities include audit, balance, and reconciliation of daily cashiering and credit card activity, plus supervising shifts and team members. Qualifications

• Must be able to work night shift.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as Night Audit at a hotel.
• Experience working at the front desk of hotel is a plus.

• Ensure Credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists.
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post and balance daily cashier's work for outlets including, but not limited to. outlets in Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Ensure Credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and rain team members
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluate team member performance

Qualifications

• Must be able to work night shift
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as Night Audit at a hotel
• Experience working at the front desk of hotel, a plus!
• Cash handling and credit experience
• Must possess the ability to post and balance large amounts of charges efficiently and accurately
• Knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects, such as, accounts, receivable, payroll, etc.

This is a full-time, year-round position working at Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Resort. 11PM to 7AM shift schedule is required, including weekends and holidays.
