Job summary

Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee auditing, posting and balancing daily financial transactions to support guest service and profitability. You will audit, post and balance outlets and ensure credit card reconciliation for smooth nightly operations.

The role requires night shifts, 1+ year hotel night audit experience, cash handling skills and strong accounting awareness. Front desk experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow within the property.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work night shift.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as Night Auditor at a hotel.
• Experience working at the front desk of a hotel is a plus.
• Cash handling and credit experience.
• Must possess the ability to post and balance large amounts of charges efficiently and accurately.
• Knowledge of accounting operations including accounts receivable and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post and balance daily cashier's work for outlets including Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Ensure Credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists.
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members.
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.

Description

The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20 minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

• Audit, post and balance daily cashier's work for outlets including, but not limited to. outlets in Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Ensure Credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and rain team members
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluate team member performance

Qualifications

• Must possess the ability to post and balance large amounts of charges efficiently and accurately
