As a Night Auditor, you will be a vital part of the hotel's night operations, responsible for creating a warm and personalized welcome for our guests overnight. In the absence of management, you will ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property at all times.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming late-arriving guests and bidding farewell to early departures.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient overnight hotel operations, maintaining guest satisfaction and property security.
• Taking initiative to foster positive interactions with guests.
• Performing daily reconciliation of the hotel’s trading, including report checking, audits, and paperwork for departures.
• Preparing and distributing reports to relevant departments.
• Managing reservations and verifying guest account details accurately.
• Providing efficient guest registration and check-out services.
• Maximizing guest satisfaction while ensuring safety and security.
• Attending to guest requests promptly to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to establish rapport easily.
• Willingness to take ownership and perform various tasks as needed.

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus.
• Availability to work 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
