Job summary

The Columbia Club, a private city club established in 1889 on Monument Circle, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our dedicated team. This role covers 11:00 pm–7:00 am and includes front desk duties, switchboard tasks, and daily reporting.

• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all front-desk responsibilities from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.
• Performs switchboard responsibilities.
• Prepares daily activity reports for the previous day.
• Logs and reconciles all charges from the previous day.
• Assists the Guest Services Manager with assigned tasks.
• Handles In House List, Arrival/Departure List, and Department Packets.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods; basic math and cash handling.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods
• Basic math skills and cash-handling experience

Work Experience

• High School diploma or general equivalence diploma (G.E.D.)
• Hospitality experience preferred

Overtime and Job Requirements
