The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, guest-focused Room Attendant to join its fun-spirited team in Bloomington, Minnesota. This full-time role requires evening and weekend work and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As a Room Attendant, you will clean and stock guest rooms and public areas, maintain inventory, and report maintenance needs. We offer benefits, early pay options, Marriott perks, and opportunities for raises based on performance.

In this role, you will excel in delivering outstanding Guest Services as a vital member of our Housekeeping TEAM. You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining guest satisfaction by creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. From the moment guests enter their room, the attendant ensures they feel relief and comfort.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This position involves intensive manual labor and requires employees to remain physically active throughout the shift. Duties may vary in difficulty depending on room conditions, guest usage, occupancy levels, and daily operational demands.

• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull housekeeping carts weighing between 50 and 100 lbs.
• Perform repetitive physical movements, including bending, stooping, kneeling, stretching, scrubbing, and reaching overhead, for extended periods.
• Work in confined spaces such as bathrooms and guest room areas.
• Maintain a fast-paced work schedule while meeting daily cleanliness and productivity standards.
