Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to join our overnight team at The Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee. You’ll balance the books, process transactions, greet guests during late hours, and contribute to daily reporting while keeping the property secure and welcoming.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, around 1 year in hospitality, and comfort with Windows, Excel, and Word. This is a full-time night shift with opportunities to work across departments and support

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins/reservations.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions and ensure numerical accuracy.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain safety and guest comfort.
• Prepare Daily Flash Report and other management reports for the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth overnight operations.
• Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; solve problems independently.
