Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to be the behind-the-scenes hero during overnight hours. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, balance daily transactions, and produce nightly reports, all while ensuring security and smooth hotel operations.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and at least 1 year in hospitality; supervisory experience is a plus. This on-site role offers daily collaboration across departments in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins during overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM).
• Balance the books and finalize nightly transactions.
• Maintain property security with regular patrols.
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues with Windows, spreadsheets, and Word docs.
