Key West Historic Inns Collection is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team during the overnight hours. You’ll create a welcoming experience for guests while ensuring nightly operations, reporting, and financial processes are completed accurately.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hotel/front desk/night audit experience, strong guest service, attention to detail, and comfort with hotel systems. Davidson Hospitality Group supports your growth and values excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.
• Basic accounting and cash-handling knowledge preferred.
• Comfortable learning and working with hotel systems and technology.
• Dependable, professional and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Overnight audit and reconciliation of daily transactions.
• Prepare and review nightly financial reports for management.
• Maintain accurate postings and guest accounts.
• Support Front Office operations during night shift and ensure guest satisfaction.
