Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) with warmth and efficiency.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare Daily Flash Report and other management reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth overnight operations.
• Maintain property safety with regular security checks during the night shift.
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues and use Windows, Excel, and Word to document results.
