Job summary

Hampton Inn Houston I-10W Energy Corridor is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. You will audit, balance and report financials, handle guest check-ins/outs during night hours, and support front desk operations according to hotel policies.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a hotel environment.
• 1+ years of experience in an accounting related position is highly desirable.
• Any additional training required by manager.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report on cash and credit transactions in the hotel according to policies.
• Audit, balance and prepare room information for management performance.
• Handle front desk activities including guest check-ins/outs and guest requests.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and resolve basic issues.
• Assist with breakfast setup and maintain beverage station.
• Enter reservation calls and complete logs as directed.
• Arrange alternative lodging when necessary and follow procedures.
