Tempo by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu is seeking a Night Auditor to support guests overnight, ensuring accurate transactions and brand-standard service. You will handle check-ins, assist with requests, and maintain secure guest records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in Hospitality or related industry
• High School diploma or equivalency education certificate required

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage the hotel arrival/check-in experience with accurate information.
• Verify billing at check-out and encourage repeat visits.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone or email per brand standards to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality with guest records, cash reports, and audit data.
• Promote loyalty programs and offer rate packages and upgrades when appropriate.
• Communicate with hotel departments to meet guest expectations and resolve issues.
• Listen to guests, collect feedback, and act on concerns.
• Maintain professionalism and follow hotel emergency procedures; oversee house bank as needed.
