The candidate should have a high school diploma, experience with major hotel brands, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to stand behind the desk and front office areas.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Process cash and credit card transactions using established procedures.
• Record guest preferences in the system and handle guest requests.
