Job summary

Highgate Hotels in downtown Miami is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions, prepare daily reports, and ensure accurate guest billing. You will also perform check-in/check-out, assist with reservations, and support the Front Desk and Food & Beverage teams while maintaining high guest service standards.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to work late shifts, and strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling hotel cashier transactions and ensuring accuracy of guest billings.
• Prepare and distribute daily operating reports and month-end reports.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard duties as needed.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and F&B cashiering, and monitor credit card transactions.
• Communicate issues to management and maintain guest satisfaction.
