Job summary

Martis Valley Lodge, part of Schulte Hospitality Group, seeks a Night Auditor to join our overnight team. You will staff the front desk 11:00pm–7:00am, perform nightly audits, and ensure accurate posting of room and ancillary charges.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in accounting or night audit, familiarity with a PMS, and strong communication skills. This role offers a stable overnight schedule and access to SHG’s comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Overnight Guest Services shift, 11:00pm–7:00am.
• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and charges.
• Ensures accuracy of guest folio charges.
• Acts as front desk clerk: check-ins/outs and reservations.
• Monitors security cameras and lobby maintenance.
• Work overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
