Atrium Hospitality in Seaside, CA is hiring for a full-time Overnight Front Desk role at Monterey Embassy Suites. You will handle guest check-ins, post revenues, balance ledgers, and safeguard daily financials late at night.

Responsibilities include resolving guest requests calmly during overnight hours, generating reports, and maintaining confidentiality. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required; Excel and property systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Front office experience (6+ months) is required.
• Basic accounting knowledge is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accurate ledgers.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally, even during late hours.
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries with attention to detail.
• Maintain security and confidentiality as the trusted close of the day’s business.
