Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to late-arriving guests and assist with overnight check-ins/checkouts.
• Perform nightly audit procedures, reconciling and posting daily revenues and transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily audit reports.
• Monitor front desk operations and handle overnight guest requests.
• Ensure accurate billing, payments, and cash handling.
• Respond to emergencies or security concerns during overnight hours.
• Maintain logs for shift activity, incidents, and audits.
• Keep front desk and lobby area clean and organized.
• Coordinate hand-off with day shift staff for seamless transitions.
