Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise hotel operations during the overnight shift in Nashville. You will reconcile accounts, close the day, and ensure front desk and accounting processes run smoothly, using the Hilton OnQ system.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2 years in hospitality, strong math and customer service skills, and the ability to communicate in English. This full-time role offers a competitive benefits package and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent along with 2 years' experience hospitality is required.
• Excellent mathematical skills and strong customer service abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with Hilton OnQ system for nightly audit processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes and journals.
• Run audit reports from front desk systems and POS software.
• Make corrections and adjustments; resolve computer issues during shift.
• Enter revenue/expenses into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and prepare for next day operations.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work regular shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
