Qualifications

• At least one year of hotel front desk and/or accounting background preferred.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to calculate basic amounts using addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests with a focus on accuracy.
• Post charges and payments to guest accounts accurately.
• Reconcile guest service paperwork and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate night audit reports for accounting and management.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
