Night Auditor at HVMG is a detail-oriented, overnight role focused on accurate financial reporting, guest check-ins after hours, and maintaining a quiet overnight environment. You will ensure transactions are recorded and reconciled correctly while supporting guests with late check-ins.

You will audit accounts, reconcile day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management, with opportunities to move into supervisory or hotel accounting roles within the organization.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• One year of hotel experience preferred; related hospitality roles acceptable.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Audit guest accounts and reconcile night audit reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist with late check-ins and checkouts and support front desk operations.
• Prepare daily reports for Front Office Manager or Director of Finance.
• Communicate with management and maintain a quiet overnight work environment.
