Job summary

ASH Hotels on the Venice Beach boardwalk is opening Fall 2026 and seeks a seasoned Night Auditor to be the calm, capable overnight presence at the front desk. You will balance the books, welcome late-arriving guests, and run the night audit process, serving as the primary contact during overnight hours.

The ideal candidate is independent, detail oriented, and comfortable switching between precise audit work and warm guest interactions while ensuring security and smooth transitions to morning

Qualifications

• 1+ year of front desk, night audit, or hotel accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems (Mews, Opera or similar) and basic accounting tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently overnight.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nightly audit, balancing revenue centers and reconciling transactions.
• Run and distribute end-of-day reports for hotel leadership.
• Process room charges, adjustments, and folio corrections in the PMS.
