Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver consistent guest experiences during overnight hours, perform accounting tasks, and complete the night audit in line with property standards.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with a Property Management System. You will balance cash, generate reports, and assist guests with professionalism throughout the night shift.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to resolve conflicts.
• Experience with accounting tasks and nightly audits preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; familiarity with Property Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit and generate accurate accounting reports.
• Balance shift banks and verify cash, card, and room charges.
• Ensure guest recognition with professional, courteous service.
• Adhere to brand standards and hotel policies in all tasks.
• Maintain logs, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
