Job summary

Innisfree Hotels is hiring a Night Auditor at Hilton Pensacola Beach to verify front office accounting records, post room charges and taxes, and prepare daily financial summaries for the hotel. You will monitor occupancy, revenue, and other key statistics to ensure accurate nightly reporting.

Requirements include at least 1 year of customer service experience, knowledge of reservation and POS systems, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required, hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, or scheduled form.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English to communicate with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
• Ability to work with computers and good knowledge of operating software.
• Must be able to multitask and be detail-oriented.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high degree of autonomy.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record (As applicable by property).

Responsibilities

• Always approaches interactions with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

• Provides quality service during check-in/check-out and throughout the stay.
• Processes guest check-ins/outs, posts charges and taxes to guest accounts, and processes payments.
• Transfers charges to master accounts and verifies postings.
• Prints and files reservations for the next business day.
• Tracks room revenues, occupancy, and front office statistics.
• Prepares summaries of cash, checks, and credit card activities.
• Verifies and documents for accuracy; analyzes financial information.
