Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations, greet guests, and balance the books from 11 PM to 7 AM. This role blends front desk duties with financial accuracy, ensuring smooth night shifts and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

You will produce daily reports, work with other departments, and use Windows, Excel, and Word to track transactions and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage overnight check-ins/requests (11 PM–7 AM).
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and balance daily revenue.
• Conduct security checks and maintain a calm overnight presence.
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
