Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Miami is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the overnight guest liaison and handle nightly financial reconciliation. This role ensures smooth operations from one day to the next.

You will assist late-arriving guests, complete audit procedures, monitor security, and maintain a clean front desk environment while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience; hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reporting.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist late-arriving guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions.

Position Overview

• Assist late‑arriving guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and inquiries
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety throughout the night
• Perform light housekeeping or basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment

What You Bring
