Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in accounting or night auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and post daily room rates and taxes.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Average revenues across accounts receivable from all departments.
• Perform front desk duties: check-in/out, reservations, guest issue resolution.
• Handle cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Prepare Front Desk area for morning shift.
• Monitor hotel security cameras and lobby ambiance.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
