Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience as a Guest Services Agent required.
• Knowledge of accounting operations such as AR/AP and service fees.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service promptly and courteously.
• Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and PMS-based revenue settlements.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system to generate daily reports.
• Troubleshoot computer issues and make PMS corrections as needed.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and phone inquiries professionally.
• Resolve guest concerns with proactive service recovery.
