Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an energetic team member to balance room, restaurant and bar operations at the DoubleTree Bloomfield Hills. You will prepare daily revenue reports, audit front office systems, and balance settlements.

The role requires strong numerical accuracy, English communication, and a collaborative attitude to support guests and coworkers while maintaining precise records for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with a professional demeanor.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform 10-key calculations.
• Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a positive, helpful manner.
• Comfort with inputting and retrieving data from a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes/journals to break down revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system and POS software.
• Make corrections/adjustments and troubleshoot computer issues during shifts.
• Enter revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for the next day.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
