Hampton Inn and Suites Miami Brickell Hotel is seeking a detailed, outgoing Night Auditor to showcase organizational skills and create exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a fun work environment with a competitive salary and benefits.

As Night Auditor, you will check guests in and out, process payments, update reservations, balance accounts, and collaborate with other departments to communicate room status.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with PEACH values

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with outstanding service
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and empathy
• Process payments and update guest accounts
• Enter and update reservations in the system
• Coordinate with departments on room availability
• Maintain front desk cleanliness, welcoming, and organized
• Close and balance room accounts and run reports
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed
