Job Title: Night Auditor/Guest Service Representative

Schedule: 11 pm - 7 am (Night Audit) & 3 pm - 11 pm (GSR)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests, and performing financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
2. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
3. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
4. Maintain the security and safety of the hotel premises.
5. Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
6. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or finance is a plus.
2. Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
