Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to support overnight operations, balance accounts, and deliver smooth guest experiences during the late hours. You will greet guests, handle check-ins, and prepare essential nightly reports.

The role emphasizes accuracy in bookkeeping and collaboration with other departments to maintain security and service quality. A high school diploma and 1 year in hospitality are required, supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins and reservations.
• Balance nightly transactions and finalize the books with accuracy.
• Perform security walks and ensure guest safety during night hours.
• Prepare Daily Flash Reports and communicate nightly operations to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth overnight operations.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and Word documents to solve problems and document results.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top‑n​ext—even in the wee hours.
• Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
