Job summary

Hotel Revival in Baltimore is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for their stay. You will check guests in and out, handle overnight requests, and support end-of-day bookkeeping and reporting.

As part of the overnight team, you will balance shift transactions, verify charges, prepare daily reports, and stay informed about local dining and events to enhance the guest experience while maintaining accuracy and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of related hospitality or service experience preferred.
• Available for overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and a passion for hospitality.
• Proficient with administrative duties and computer skills.
• Able to learn software programs quickly.
• Values relationships and can multi-task effectively.
• Detail-oriented and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist guest experience across all touchpoints.
• Check guests in/out with a confident, professional manner.
• Handle overnight requests and end-of-day bookkeeping.
• Balance shift banks and verify transactions.
• Audit guest charges and prepare daily reports.
• Maintain knowledge of local restaurants and attractions.
• Communicate with all departments to meet hotel needs.
• Assist supervising overnight team members as applicable.
