Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Night Auditor/Guest Service Representative to welcome guests and deliver memorable service at our Laughlin property.

You will quickly check guests in and out, balance cash, process charges, and respond to guest inquiries to ensure satisfaction. This role requires flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends, with prior hospitality experience and knowledge of property management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years’ experience in hospitality, preferably in a guest relations role.
• Working knowledge of property management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Adhere to all state, federal laws, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the property quickly and accurately.
• Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance all cash and cash equivalents.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints/challenges in a timely manner, owning the issue and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Enhance guest experience through upgraded accommodations where available and promote M life enrollment and benefits to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Answer and connect calls to appropriate department and process wake-up, emergency, and recovery calls.
• Run Nightly Audit Reports.
